One and only

LION - (source WIKI)

The lion (Panthera leo) is one of the four big cats in the genus Panthera, and a member of the family Felidae. With some males exceeding 250 kg (550 lb) in weight, it is the second-largest living cat after the tiger. Wild lions currently exist in Sub-Saharan Africa and in Asia with a critically endangered remnant population in Gir Forest National Park in India, having disappeared from North Africa and Southwest Asia in historic times. Until the late Pleistocene, about 10,000 years ago, the lion was the most widespread large land mammal after humans. They were found in most of Africa, much of Eurasia from western Europe to India, and in the Americas from the Yukon to Peru.

SIMHA - (the one and only Balayya)

Simha (Nandamuri Balakrishna) is/was one of the four big heroes in the genus Tollywood and a member of the family NTR. With most males exceeding 100kgs in weight, they occupy the first few places preceded by none. Hit Simhas and its fans currently exist n Sub-Saharan Africa and in Asia with a critically endangered remnant population in Guntur and coastal AP, having disappeared from major cities like Hyderabad in historic times. Until the late Pleistocene, about 10,000 years ago, the simhas were the most famous movie land heroes after gods. They were found in most of Andhra Pradesh, much of Karnataka from western ghats to Bangalore, and in the Tamil Nadu from the Sennai (sry chennai) to wherever.

Moral of the story: I think its time the Simhas evolve or go extinct. The stunts were fine in historic periods when science and Physics still didnt know what gravity meant or the mass-energy relations.
There were times when they seemed like they would bounce back but they keep doing stupid fight against intelligent and ever evolving film viewers and can never see their position (losing everything) from the public/critics eyes.

2nd Moral: I am part of the almost extinct movie buffs who tend to enjoy the old school dramas to the max along with a group of friends. I have missed only a couple of Balayya's movies on first day since Vijayendraverma (man it is one of the most entertaining movies of the century, hope they make a 3D Bluray disc of that movie).

So guys, here is my idea to stop (or atleast stall temporarily) the extiction of this genre of movies. All of you please watch the movie in theaters (if possible on first day). Since, i won't be there in India and it is not releasing in PR, we will watch it arnd the 50th day if by any chance it is available in one of the theaters nearby.
